Welcome to The Village, the first facility of its kind in Calgary, a concept constructed to support all of its businesses and organizations, from finding the perfect location within our facility to building a strong foundation through the first years of business ownership. The building is anchored by its own cafe, allowing for a comfortable space to break out, and is supported by a dance studio, music studio, tutoring school, preschool/kindergarten, fitness studio, event center and wellness center.
Each space for lease exhibits amazing intangibles, with each space being perfect for the business that chooses to grow within their space. We have high numbers of foot traffic, large comfortable common areas and a copious amount of free parking, our facility lays down the ground work for your successful business!
