We call this the Orenda Movement because of the emotional connection and reaction the concept illicits. We beleive we are all capable of massive amounts of growth and we each have something special and unique to offer this world when we can get out of our own way! With tools, new concepts and habits to consider, and a support system over 4 weekly sessions with 3 coaches, we want to set you up for the best growth and balanced year you have experienced yet. Each session will focus on a combination of topics related to mental health, nutrition, community, physical strength, and spirituality. Our final session will be with all 3 coaches as we come together to integrate what we have learned and celebrate with our community.
