Laura Rye offers incredible Small Group Personal Classes (4-8 people) focusing on Strength and Resistance. She builds one on one connections with her clients, ensuring they achieve their personal goals. Due to the personalized training program, Laura does not offer drop in classes, but instead looks to meet with each individual, creating a relationship and tackling fitness goals together.
