Not quite a mall, but larger than a community center, The Village is built to bring together like minded businesses and in turn like minded customers. Allowing small businesses to cut costs on marketing and shave expenses with shared common area, our founders are also all entrepreneurs, offering insight and advice every step of the business building way. The area’s for lease here at The Village have been carefully laid out by the team at PS Management, with intangibles such as foot traffic, waiting areas and parking access laying down the ground work creating the most profitable situation for all business owners.

We are not here to sell you on a lease, we are here to match make like-minded business owners. Honesty is our best policy, insuring anyone that is interested in joining The Village community has a grasp on what it takes to open a business, that their business will seamlessly elevate The Village community and that every business will find success within our facility.

We do not inflate our lease prices for negotiation reasons, our lease prices are carefully thought out, to benefit both the facility and you as a business owner from year one to year ten.

The Village is broken down into 4 specific areas, being The Early Learning Wing, The Wellness Center, The Activity Wing and The Business Center, with an accompanying café, The Village Auditorium and The Village Flex Space for workshops.
